At Artesanos Design Collection, we want you to love every piece of handcrafted furniture in your home. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer concierge team with your order number and details of the item you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Item

  Carefully repackage the furniture or decor in its original shipping materials to ensure it remains protected during transit back to our warehouse.

• 3.
  Schedule Pickup or Shipping

  For small items, use the provided prepaid shipping label; for large furniture pieces, we will coordinate a professional freight carrier to schedule a convenient pickup time.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned item to confirm it is in original condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
